REFUND POLICY
We value our clients and appreciate their trust in our tutoring services.
This Refund Policy is designed to ensure that you receive top-quality tutoring sessions with which you are satisfied.
The following is a complete list of the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund.
You canceled the tutoring session
You are eligible for a full refund if you notify our support team through the available communication channels before the tutor begins your scheduled session. Once the tutoring session has started, a full refund will no longer be available.
Please be aware that a full refund is unavailable once a tutor starts your session. Nevertheless, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount depends greatly on how much of the session has been completed by the time you seek a refund. Please be aware that your session cannot be canceled once the tutor has begun working on your request.
A double payment was made
If you accidentally make two payments for the same session, you may request a full refund of the second payment. If you wish, we can credit this amount to your account balance for future sessions with our service.
When paying with PayPal, we strongly encourage you to review each transaction to ensure everything works as planned and to report any problems to our support staff immediately.
No tutor was found
Even though we have hundreds of qualified tutors on our team, we may not be able to assign one for your subject or schedule. Occasionally, this can happen with specialized subjects or sessions that must be scheduled urgently. Please be aware that we prioritize such requests and typically do our best to find a qualified tutor to help you achieve your goals. Nonetheless, if we cannot find a suitable tutor for you, you are eligible for a full refund.
You made two identical bookings
Once you realize you have accidentally submitted and paid for two identical sessions, contact the support staff.
Please note that you must cancel the duplicate request that has already been paid for. If we don’t hear from you right away, we will assume that you require two separate sessions with different tutors, and we will schedule each session independently.
The revised follow-up resources arrived late
We always do our best to handle your request as soon as possible. As a result, you are strongly encouraged to check your email notifications after the follow-up materials are available and review them as soon as you can request revisions. But if you have requested a revision in advance and the revised material is not available by the promised date, you can request a refund.
Please note that each case will be examined individually to determine the refund amount.
A delay in session delivery
We have developed an effective scheduling system that helps our tutors conduct sessions on time. However, if, for any reason, your session or follow-up materials become available after the timeline and you decide you no longer require them, you are entitled to a full refund.
This policy does not cover sessions for which guidelines have not been provided, that are awaiting your confirmation, or that have not been fully paid. Therefore, you must provide us with your contact information so we can reach you as soon as possible in case of scheduling changes.
Please note that if your session is delayed but you still want to get follow-up resources, we can extend the timeline, adjust the cost based on the new timeframe, and process any applicable refunds. Also, you will not be permitted to use any material in any form if the company refunds the amount paid on your behalf.
You aren’t satisfied with the quality
If the follow-up materials do not meet your expectations, you have three options:
- Request additional revisions within 14 to 30 days, depending on your project.
- Have your next session assigned to another tutor.
- Request a full refund if you don’t have time for additional sessions or material updates.
Since this matter will be discussed further with the tutor, you must provide specific feedback regarding why their work did not meet your needs. You do not need to take any additional action, and your refund will still be processed, regardless of what happens next.
Please note that if you receive a full refund for any session, the rights to any session materials will revert to the company, and the company reserves the right to use them at its discretion, including sharing them online for promotional purposes.
Refund requests for any reasons other than those listed above will be rejected.
