REVISION POLICY

Edu-mentor.net offers free, unlimited follow-up material reviews and revisions to ensure the delivered tutoring session is effective and meets all educational standards. This Revision Policy applies to all follow-up support provided by the company.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Your request for a free material revision will only be approved if your review guidelines do not conflict with the initial ones. If your request for a free material revision is denied for any reason, you will be offered the option of a paid supplemental revision.

To accommodate all revision requests, please ensure your review guidelines are thorough and precise. You can do this by emailing the reference to your request number to [email protected] or messaging our support team through your account.

MATERIAL REVIEW TIMELINES

All free follow-up material revision requests must be submitted within 14 days after the tutoring session is completed in your account. Therefore, please evaluate the tutoring session or other supplementary material as soon as it is delivered. Also, always set a reasonable timeframe for your material to be reviewed and revised so we have time to make all necessary modifications.

The revision deadline may vary depending on the situation and may be extended up to 30 days in some circumstances. For example, if you need a revision for a lengthy project. However, it should take at least one hour per page.

Please inform us immediately if you cannot access your account or any follow-up materials. We will work to find another way for you to receive them.

If there is a question about whether our tutoring satisfies the initial standards, our QA Department will address the situation, considering all the available information.
